The ACT is another college entrance exam. It is no longer offered to all Illinois students during the school day. Students who wish to take the ACT should sign up to take it at a local test center on a Saturday. It is worth trying the ACT to see which test gives you a higher score.
See www.act.org for more information about the ACT and to register.
